“It’s just not how it used to be.” If it was, would the times be better, worse, or the same? Could the times simply be different and reflective of a whole host of circumstances…like progress?

“All this technology is too much.” Compared to none at all? Technological advancement has yielded space exploration, lights, transportation, communication, garage door openers, medical resources, and and and….Technology is a resource whether you use it or not.
“People just don’t care.” Do you mean YOU don’t care? Have YOU given up on making a difference and, instead, become one of the many complainers?
Following are a few lines which totally jumped out at me:
“When we lose our passion or choose to do something that we have no passion for, we just show up just to get the pay check, we are dishonest to ourselves, and we give away a right we have to be extraordinary. We give up the opportunity to live a more enlightened life.”
